Enjoying an extended holiday, Rosie Huntington Whiteley and Jason Statham were spotted soaking up the warm southern rays in Miami, Florida this afternoon (January 2).
Known for her statuesque form, the "Transformers" beauty looked flawless in a slinky bikini as she relaxed alongside her man and a few friends while giving Jason a big hug before venturing back to their shared room.
The duo, an item since April 2010, enjoyed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's with one another following a rather demanding 2011 work schedule for the both of them.
Earlier in the year, Statham was tied up in the sunshine state to film his forthcoming flick "Parker," while Rosie kept busy with various modeling gigs including her role as Burberry Body ambassador.
